Our services include home remodels, deck building and staining, fencing, restoration, tile installation, painting, custom built-ins, trim work, flooring, stucco, handyman repairs and more. We serve Nashville, Brentwood, Franklin, Smyrna, Murfreesboro, and Nolensville.

Owner Jesus Lopez has 31 years of experience in residential construction. He also has 10 years of combined experience in student housing/ hospitality/ medical center maintenance/handyman (GA Tech University, Vanderbilt Medical Center, Belmont University, & Marriott Hotel). He brings meticulous detail and a genuine desire for customer satisfaction to every single project.

Co-owner Magda Guanchez is in charge of customer service, scheduling, marketing, pulling permits, and bookkeeping. Magda has an undergraduate degree in biology from Kennesaw State, and graduate degree in Leadership Organizational Performance Development from Vanderbilt. She has 20 years of experience in healthcare, and is branching out into project management for construction and home remodeling project.

Together, Jesus and Magda moved to Nolensville in 2012 with their children.
